Patricia's art is concerned with celebration - of natural environs of land and sea of Ireland's Christian heritage, monastic sites and early Christian sculpture.
Living on the edge of Connemara, she finds constant inspiration in its beauty and diversity. Working with a variety of media including textiles, oils, acrylic and on silk as well as canvas, her work is a deep personal response to a world of colour, light, shape and texture.
Widely trained in her field, she has taught and exhibited in the west of Ireland and is a member of several professional organizations.
